1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, connecting to, using, or creating an account on this website and its related applications on Android, iPad, iPhone, or any other mobile device which will be referred to as the "Platform", including but not limited to any services provided through the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions which will be referred to as the "Terms". This includes the Terms and the Privacy Policy available at www.easy-uae.com. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to its use. 

You acknowledge that these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and easy hub FZE which will be referred to as "easy," "Company," "we," "us," or "our" concerning your access to and use of this Platform. Please ensure you review these Terms thoroughly before placing any orders through our application/Platform.

By accessing, using, browsing, signing up, or registering on the Platform, you become a user of the Platform which will be referred to as "User" or "you". As a User, you agree to adhere to and comply with the provisions outlined in these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent and supervision to use the Platform

It is your responsibility to ensure that you make all necessary arrangements to access the Platform. Additionally, you are responsible for making sure that any individual who access the Platform through your internet connection, is aware of and comply with these Terms. By using, viewing, accessing, browsing, or submitting any content or material on the Platform, you agree to these Terms as a legally binding agreement, without any limitations or qualifications. The term "you" or "You" refers to any individual or entity that accesses, uses, views, or submits any content or materials on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. easy retains the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice and may update Terms to comply with UAE laws/regulations at anytime. Each time you access or use the Platform; it will be subject to the Terms as they are displayed at that time. By continuing to use the Platform now or after any modifications are made to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the updated Terms.

2. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

While using the services provided on the Platform, the User accepts, agrees, undertakes and commits to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information, and update it as needed.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and accept responsibility for all activity      under your account.
  • Do not create multiple accounts for one individual or access the Platform using      another person’s account without their explicit consent.
  • easy may suspend or terminate accounts for false information, misuse, or      suspicious/fraudulent activity.
  • Use the Platform only through its authorized interfaces; do not alter, reverse-engineer, bypass security, or use bots/scrapers/automated tools without written permission.
  • Do not post or transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene,      hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful under UAE law.
  • Do not threaten, harass, or intimidate users or easy personnel, or interfere with      others’ use of the Platform.
  • Do not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code, or attempt      denial-of-service or similar attacks.
  • You are solely responsible for the ideas, statements, files, and personal      information you share.
  • Respect intellectual property and privacy rights; do not upload or reuse content      you do not own or lack rights to use (including Business Partner menus and      third-party reviews).
  • Do not mislead others about the origin of content or impersonate any person or entity.
  • The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use unless easy gives prior      written consent.
  • Do not advertise, sell, run surveys/competitions/chain letters, or otherwise      conduct commercial activity outside the scope of services authorized by easy.
  • Use payment cards you are authorized to use. You agree to indemnify easy for      claims arising from unauthorized or fraudulent card use.
  • Pay all notified fees and charges. Failure to pay at delivery (where      applicable) may result in non-delivery.
  • If you are a minor under your local law, you must have parental/legal-guardian      permission and direct supervision. Your parent/guardian must review and      accept these Terms before you use the Platform.
  • You must meet the minimum legal age and any other legal requirements to      purchase Restricted Goods.
  • easy and/or Business Partners may request valid ID (such as Emirates ID,      passport) and/or a valid prescription (for pharmaceutical products), and      may refuse delivery if requirements are not met.
  • For Restricted Goods, contactless/leave-at-door delivery is not permitted.
  • easy may monitor, log, and audit use of the Platform to maintain security,      quality, and compliance, and may remove content, suspend/terminate      accounts, or cooperate with authorities where appropriate.
  • Accessing records/materials via the Platform is at your own risk. You are      responsible for any damage or data loss to your devices and waive any      claim for compensation arising from such access.

You must not:

  • Breach any applicable law or regulation
  • Upload or distribute malware or harmful code
  • Scrape, harvest, or mine Platform data without written consent
  • Run unsolicited advertising, bulk messaging, or spam
  • Attempt unauthorized access, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Misuse personal data of others or manipulate ratings/reviews
  • Use the Platform for unlawful, immoral, or extremist purposes, or to promote      violence or self-harm

3. Account Creation, Usage, and Security Guidelines

A User may create/set up an account on the Platform, choosing their own username and password. The choice of username and password is the responsibility of the User. Each username is unique to an individual User, and duplicates are not permitted. The password remains confidential, known only to the User, who may change it at any point. It is the User's sole responsibility to select and secure their password. easy is not responsible for any issues that may occur due to password use. easy may disclose your username and password to third-party companies as necessary to provide our Service for instance “but not limited to”, sharing the phone number with a Business Partner handling take-out goods and services, to ensure efficient and accurate delivery. 

To access services that require an Account on the Platform, the User must input their username and password. This action is referred to as login or Sign In to the Platform. By accessing this Platform, you confirm that all personal information you provide is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. You agree to promptly inform us of any changes to your personal information either by updating your User profile on the Platform or by reaching out to us directly. You commit not to impersonate any other individual or entity, nor to use a name that is not legally yours or that you are not authorized to use. 

You must not create multiple Accounts for a single individual's use. Breaching this condition can lead to the termination of your account. It is imperative that Users keep their passwords confidential and not share them with others. You are accountable for all activities and orders placed through your Account. Should you believe or become aware that someone else knows your password, you are advised to change it promptly and inform us without delay. The use of the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading or disseminating viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Platform, other websites, or the Internet.
  • Engaging in any activities that collect or track the personal information of others.
  • Using the Platform for any offensive or immoral purpose.
  • Circumventing or manipulating the structure of the Platform to exploit any promotional offers or interfere with billing processes.
  • Distributing material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful,      vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Using automated systems, such as robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access      the Platform in a manner that sends more request messages to the Platform      servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period using a      conventional online web browser.
  • Interfering with another individual's use or enjoyment of the Platform.
  • Participating in any form of unsolicited advertising, soliciting, or campaign material distribution, commonly known as "spam," which includes unethical      marketing, advertising, or any other practice that is in any way connected      with "spam" such as sending mass email to recipients who haven’t      subscribed to receive such emails.
  • Transmitting content that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil      liability, or otherwise violate any laws, regulations, or codes of conduct.
  • Damaging,  disabling, or impairing the functionality of this Platform or attempting to gain unauthorized access to this Platform or to any associated networks via hacking, spoofing, or other similar methods.

It is expected that each device will be associated with only one User account. Although service may be provided in such cases, the use of promotions may not be permitted. If you decide to delete your Account, you can delete it from the platform directly. easy may suspend, deactivate, or terminate accounts for suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity. 

4. Personal Data/Information Protection

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, processing, storage, and disclosure of Personal Data as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and applicable regulations. By using the platform, you agree and consent to easy and any of its affiliate companies collecting, using, processing, storing, and disclosing your Personal Data in accordance with these Terms and as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your Personal Data will only be used for purposes necessary to provide, improve, and enhance our services. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying your identity, processing your orders, improving user experience, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations. We may preserve and disclose account or personal information if required by law, regulation, or competent authorities. 

You acknowledge and agree that easy takes reasonable steps to safeguard your Personal Data; however, easy cannot guarantee that unauthorized access by third parties will not occur. In the event of any security breach impacting your Personal Data, easy will notify you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Personal Data by contacting us through the Platform or change them directly in the Platform. However, deleting your Personal Data may affect your ability to use some features of the platform.

5. Platform Usage and Business Partner Disclaimer

Only the Users who agree to the Terms and Conditions are allowed to use the Platform and to order from its partnered Business Partners, suppliers, vendors, restaurants, pharmacies, flower shops, gift shops, groceries etc. which might be operated by associated companies or third parties; hereafter referred to as the “Business Partners”. 

The aim and purpose of the Platform is to provide convenient and smooth service to the Users by connecting them to Business Partners located within their geographical delivery area and this will be referred to as “Service” to be able to order from a diverse collection of goods including but not limited to food, meals, prepared meals, non-prepared food, beverages, medicines, flowers, gifts, groceries, or non-food items etc.; hereafter referred to as “Goods”. Some of the Goods displayed in our Platform may be subject to limitations or restrictions and therefore it will be referred to as "Restricted Goods”, these Restricted Goods can be medications but not limited to it.  

The Platform was developed to serve as a complete marketplace for its Users; therefore, when you place any order from a Business Partner, easy will act only as a facilitator on behalf of this specific Business Partner to manage your experience during the order processing. easy offers to Users the ability to search for Business Partners through the Platform who will prepare the goods and third-party delivery company will deliver the required Goods to the customers’ registered addresses; it’s the responsibility of Business Partners to comply, always and specially while preparing the Goods or services, with all local regulations, standards, rules, specifications and laws related to the Goods safety, quality, marketing, and sales. easy does not interfere by any means in the preparation or production of any Goods or Services offered by the Business Partners and we are not responsible for any consequences that will result from using these Goods or Services.

Please note that easy does not independently confirm or check the credentials, claims, or products of its Business Partners, nor does it verify the ingredients or the quality of any Goods or confirm that a Business Partner adheres to relevant legal requirements. It is the responsibility of Users to satisfy themselves regarding the reliability and quality of the Business Partners and their products through information made available by the Business Partners on the Platform or obtained directly from the Business Partners upon Users' request, as well as ensuring their compliance with applicable laws.

We hold the discretion, though not the obligation, to restrict or limit the sales of Goods to any individual, geographical area, or jurisdiction. In compliance with legal restrictions in certain countries, we may not provide certain goods or restricted items for sale to you. Offers for any Goods on the Platform are considered null and void where prohibited by law.

easy does not assure the quality of any Goods nor confirm their compliance with applicable laws, nor does it ensure that the Goods listed on the Platform correspond exactly to those delivered to the Users. Additionally, a Business Partner may claim that their goods and services are produced according to specific standards, such as “but not limited to” macrobiotic, organic, or standards related to allergens “including but not limited to” gluten-free, nut-free, or lactose-free. However, easy is not responsible for providing information about ingredients or allergens on the Platform. Moreover, easy does not verify that Goods sold by Business Partners are allergen-free, unless explicitly mandated by law. Users with allergies, allergic reactions, or specific dietary needs should verify with the Business Partner directly before placing an Order on our Platform, as easy does not conduct independent checks or validations of such claims.

easy along with the Business Partners “as applicable” strive to adhere to your specific requests and/or special instructions for an Order. However, when adherence to these requests is not feasible, possible, or commercially viable, easy or/and the Business Partners retain the right to process the Order following their standard operating procedures. Neither easy nor the Business Partners are obligated to replace or refund any Order that does not align with the special instructions you have provided.

easy will not be held liable or responsible for any Goods or services provided by Business Partners that are found to be unhealthy, cause injury, are otherwise deemed unsatisfactory by Users, or fail to meet Users' expectations in any way.

Users bear the sole responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of delivery addresses, and easy is not liable or responsible for any errors in these addresses. The preparation of all goods and services are entirely the responsibility of the Business Partner who accepts the order; while Business Partners endeavor to meet the specified delivery times, these times may be influenced by factors outside their control and, as such, cannot be guaranteed. Should there be an unforeseen delay, we will notify you promptly.

6. User Content and Prohibited Activities

Other than personally identifiable information "Personal Data", which is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, any content or material you transmit or post to this Platform will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. The Platform will not have any obligations concerning such material. The Platform and any parties that we authorize, will have the unrestricted right to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, and otherwise utilize that material, along with any associated data, images, sounds, text, or other elements, for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.

You are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, or transmitting to or from this Platform any material that:

  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws
  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading
  • Constitutes unauthorized advertising, spam, or unsolicited promotions
  • Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful or malicious programs
  • Misuses the Platform in any way, including through unauthorized access or hacking

Any comments, feedback, or material submitted by you through the Platform must not:

  • Contain any defamatory, obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination in any form
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any individual or entity
  • Violate any legal obligation owed to a third party, such as a duty of confidence or privacy
  • Encourage or facilitate illegal activity
  • Be designed to invade the privacy of others or exploit personal information
  • Mislead others into thinking that the content originates from easy or its affiliates
  • Be used to impersonating another person or misrepresent your relationship with any entity or individual.

You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation or performance of the Platform, including overloading systems, initiating denial-of-service attacks, or exploiting any vulnerabilities in the Platform. You are prohibited from using any automated tools, bots, or crawlers to access or collect data or information from the Platform without prior written consent from easy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content or material from the Platform for commercial purposes without obtaining explicit written authorization from easy. You must not use the Platform to post or promote any goods, services, or activities that are illegal, restricted, or contrary to public morality and standards in the applicable jurisdiction. Users are expected to interact respectfully with other users and easy representatives. Harassment, abuse, threats, or discriminatory behavior towards others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension of your account. You must not provide inaccurate, incomplete, or false information on the Platform or during any transactions.

The prohibited acts outlined in the preceding sections are not exhaustive. You agree to reimburse easy for any costs, damages, or losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of your breach of these restrictions. easy will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities or comply with any court orders that require or request the disclosure of the identity or location of any individual or entity found to have posted material in violation of the above terms.

Prohibited Activities, Enforcement, and User Responsibilities

You are not allowed to access or use the Platform for any purposes other than those explicitly provided by the Platform. The Platform is intended solely for personal use and cannot be utilized for any commercial activities unless expressly authorized or approved by the Platform. In the event of any prohibited activities conducted by a user, easy reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate the user’s Account and deny access to the Platform and its services. Examples of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Engaging in activities that breach any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
  • Violating laws or industry standards regarding the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages, prescription drugs, or medical devices.
  • Infringing upon copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other proprietary rights as defined under applicable law.
  • Participating in illegal activities, including encouraging, promoting, facilitating, or instructing others to engage in unlawful acts.
  • Conducting payments to or from sanctioned countries or involving entities or individuals subject to national or international sanctions, or those associated with terrorism, financial crimes, or other offenses.
  • Providing misleading or false information regarding customer identity or business operations.
  • Supporting activities, products, or services that finance or promote terrorism.
  • Dealing in narcotics, steroids, controlled substances, or products that pose a risk to consumer safety, including those containing THC, CBD, or similar substances, as well as drug paraphernalia.
  • Offering products, services, or media that promote discrimination, hatred, racism, exploitation, harassment, violence, or other harmful conduct.
  • Engaging in services that involve unauthorized money collection on behalf of others, including check-cashing agencies, currency exchange providers, money transmitters, or money orders.
  • Activities related to ammunition, firearms, explosives, weapons, replicas, gun components, or hunting equipment, or the manufacture and distribution of such items.
  • Providing services related to hospitality timeshares or travel visa issuance without proper authorization.
  • Promoting or advertising products or services not owned or managed by you, without the required consent.
  • Collecting funds or operating without the necessary licenses in jurisdictions where such licenses are mandatory.
  • Participating in pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing programs, Ponzi schemes, or outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns.
  • Involvement in gambling, betting, lotteries, penny auctions, or any associated services, including fantasy sports and in-app games with financial rewards.
  • Distributing or promoting content, services, or programs aimed at achieving rapid wealth accumulation or gambling-related earnings.
  • Offering factoring, lending, escrow, investment, financial advisory, or pawn services without authorization.
  • Managing private business directories or offering services such as warning letters, liquidation, or proxy solutions.
  • Buying or selling securities, stocks, bonds, futures, binary options, or related investment opportunities without proper approvals, or engaging in FOREX activities without authorization.
  • Using modification chips or hardware that alter manufacturer settings for unauthorized purposes.
  • Operating ticket agencies without proper licensing or engaging in ticket resale practices.
  • Selling counterfeit goods or replicas, including clothing, accessories, or other products.
  • Engaging in behavior towards easy personnel that is offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Involving or engaging with politically exposed persons “PEPs” who pose a high financial risk or liability.
  • Engaging in activities that involve phishing, impersonation, or fraudulent misrepresentation for personal or commercial gain.
  • Uploading, sharing, or transmitting copyrighted content, trade secrets, or proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.
  • Distributing unsolicited messages, advertisements, or spam, including bulk emails or chain letters, through the Platform.
  • Using the Platform for unauthorized data mining, scraping, or extracting information from other users or the Platform itself.
  • Facilitating or attempting unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, including hacking, bypassing security measures, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
  • Creating or distributing malicious software, including but not limited to viruses, worms, or Trojan horses.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate or interfere with the functionality of the Platform.
  • Posting or distributing content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or any form of harm to individuals or groups.
  • Using the Platform for political campaigning, propaganda, or promoting extremist ideologies.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain unauthorized benefits, such as free services, discounts, or rewards.
  • Storing, sharing, or transmitting user data obtained from the Platform without the explicit consent of the affected parties.
  • Manipulating reviews, ratings, or feedback on the Platform for personal or commercial advantage.
  • Accessing or using the Platform to facilitate human trafficking, smuggling, or any illegal trade activities.
  • Offering or selling counterfeit documents, including IDs, passports, licenses, or certifications.
  • Participating in activities that compromise the safety and security of the Platform’s users, employees, or infrastructure.

easy retains the right, but is not obligated, to take any or all of the following actions without limiting other possible measures:

  • Investigate claims that any material posted on the Platform does not comply with these Terms and, at its sole discretion, decide to remove or request the removal of such material.
  • Remove any content that is abusive, unlawful, disruptive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
  • Monitor, review, modify, or disclose any content uploaded or shared on the Platform.
  • Modify or delete any content posted on the Platform, even if it does not explicitly breach these Terms.
  • Cancel any Order and/or suspend, deactivate, or terminate your Account at its sole discretion if fraudulent activity, suspicious behavior, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions is reasonably suspected or detected in connection with your Account and/or any of your Orders.
  • Suspend or block access to the Platform for Users found engaging in activities that harm the Platform's integrity, security, or reputation.
  • Disable or delete duplicate accounts created by the same User without prior authorization.
  • Withhold the provision of services or refuse an Order if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms.
  • Take appropriate legal action, including reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, if necessary, to address unlawful activity or other violations of applicable laws.
  • Restrict access to certain features, functionalities, or services within the Platform as part of routine security or operational measures.
  • Temporarily or permanently disable any account suspected of being compromised or involved in unauthorized or harmful activities.
  • Retain or delete any content, data, or account information in compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Impose limitations or conditions on certain activities or services on the Platform, such as transaction caps, usage limits, or restrictions for security or regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor communication between Users and Business Partners on the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms, resolve disputes, or improve service quality.
  • Modify, restrict, or terminate promotional offers, discounts, or rewards programs at its sole discretion if any misuse or abuse is detected.

7. Order Placement and Confirmation Process

After selecting your Goods from your chosen Business Partner’s offerings, you will have the chance to place your order by pressing the Checkout button; hereafter referred to as the "Order". It is crucial that you review and correct any mistakes in the information you have entered before you finalize your order by clicking on the "Checkout" button, as no amendments can be made once the button has been clicked. Upon receiving your order, the Platform will start processing it, and you will receive confirmation via email, a notification, or a message on the final page indicating that your order has been successfully received and forwarded to the Business Partner. Should any payment fail authorization, you will be redirected to the previous page, and we will not be obligated to proceed with providing the services unless the payment is processed.

8. Delivery Policies and Procedures

Please be aware that the selection of goods available through easy may differ by delivery location. Upon entering your delivery address on the Platform, you will be presented with the Business Partners accessible to you at that moment. Delivery zones are subject to change, expansion, or reduction due to various factors including weather conditions, traffic, or force majeure events; and delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delivery Timing and User Responsibilities

easy will deliver your Order to the address you provide. An estimated delivery time will be indicated in your confirmation email or notification on the Platform, as well as on the order tracking page. However, please note that delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as “but not limited to” the number of orders, distance, time of day “including peak periods”, weather conditions, and traffic situations. You can check the remaining delivery time of an Order by selecting “Orders” on the Platform. It is important to understand that the delivery time provided is an estimate, and Orders may arrive either earlier or later than expected. To ensure successful delivery, please make sure that either you or someone authorized by you is present at the delivery location to receive the Order once it has been placed.

Handling Delivery Delays and Compensation

If your Order experiences a significant delay from the projected delivery time, please immediately contact our customer support through the in-app chat feature. easy may require further details to fully investigate the delay with your Order. Should we find that the delivery of your Order was unduly delayed, we may offer compensation for the inconvenience.

Unsuccessful Deliveries and Customer Responsibility

Subject to the provisions of these Terms, in instances where an Order cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to you, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Safety concerns which prevent the delivery personnel from completing the delivery.
  • Customer refusal to accept the Order at the time of delivery.
  • Failure to provide required identification when receiving age-restricted goods.
  • No one being present or available to accept the Order.
  • Inability to contact the customer using the phone number provided.
  • Insufficient or inappropriate access to deliver the Order successfully.
  • Absence of a secure and suitable location to leave the Order.

We will reach out to you through normal call, an in-app call, message, or email to communicate the unsuccessful delivery. In such scenarios, easy reserves the right to cancel the Order and will not provide a refund or compensation.

No-Show Cancellations and Resolution of Order Issues

Should you be unreachable or unable to accept the Order within a reasonable time-frame “within 5 minutes” after its arrival at your delivery address, easy reserves the right to cancel the Order without offering a refund or any form of compensation.

Wrong Order, Missing Order, Defective Items

Upon receiving your Order, if you encounter any problems such as incorrect items, defects, or missing parts of the order, please promptly contact our customer support through the in-app chat feature. easy may require photographic evidence or/and additional details to thoroughly assess the issue with your Order. Should we conclude that the Order or goods received do not meet satisfactory standards, we will provide compensation for your Order or affected parts of your Order.

Contactless Delivery Policy and Limitations

As an option for delivery, customers can specify in the remarks to have contactless delivery for certain items, which involves delivering the Order to the front door of the specified address without any direct interaction. easy is not responsible for any theft, damage, contamination, or other deterioration of the goods once delivery has been completed. 

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers are not allowed to cancel a food meal order nor eligible for a refund once the Business Partner has accepted the order, except in cases where the cancellation results from a default by easy or the Business Partner. For clarity, a food meal order includes any order placed with a restaurant, coffee shop, juice bar, or pastry shop etc. 

If easy cannot deliver the food meal order due to actions, inactions, default, omissions, or negligence on the part of the Customer, easy reserves the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund to the Customer.

Should a customer qualify for a refund under the terms of this agreement for a cancelled order, the amount paid will be credited back to the Customer’s easy Wallet Credit, unless the Customer specifies otherwise. 

The refund process will take between 7 to 14 business days for local banks, and up to 30 days for international banks, to be completed (if the customer requested to have the refund to the same payment card). This time-frame accounts for the necessary procedures that easy, the Credit Card Company, or the Bank may require.

For non-food vertical orders, which include purchases made in categories such as groceries, flowers, electronics, and health & beauty, any cancellations, returns, or refunds will adhere to the consumer protection laws and regulations in the UAE.

10. Pick-up Process and Responsibilities

Pick-up Option and Collection Guidelines

Where indicated on the Platform, you have the option to collect your Order in person directly from the premises of the Business Partner "Pick-Up" rather than having it delivered. Your email confirmation or Platform notification will specify the time at which you can pick up your Order "Pickup Time". The Business Partner will endeavor to have the Order ready by the Collection Time; however, minor delays are sometimes possible. The Business Partner agrees to hold the Order at their premises for a maximum of twenty “20” minutes past the Collection Time "Holding Time". Beyond this period, the Business Partner is not obligated to retain the Order if you have not picked it up within the Holding Time.

Pick-Up Delays, Liability, and Inspection Responsibilities

Should there be significant delays in Pick-Up caused by you, you assume the risk for any damage or loss of the Goods, as well as any deterioration in their quality or alteration in their condition such as changes in the temperature appropriate for consumption. Under such circumstances, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement of the Goods. It is your responsibility to inspect the Goods/Order at the time of Pick-Up. You must report any issues or defects to the Business Partner, acting as a recipient of messages for easy, before departing from the Business Partner’s premises.

11. Pricing, Payment Terms, and Methods

When your order is accepted, it constitutes an agreement between you, the User, and the Business Partner who is solely responsible for fulfilling the order. Payments made in cash are to be given directly to the Delivery Champion upon delivery to complete the transaction.

easy does not act as a payment provider for you or any third parties. All online payments are processed through the assigned payment gateway or payment service provider.

Prices displayed on the Platform will be in the applicable country's national currency and subject to any applicable taxes. You acknowledge and accept that prices and offers listed on the Platform may differ from those provided by our Business Partners on other Platforms, including their websites, mobile applications, or physical locations.

The way prices for goods are displayed may vary based on the Business Partner. Subject to applicable laws, the prices shown on the Platform at the time of each order are accurate at that time but may be updated or revised later.

easy reserves the right to apply additional charges “including, but not limited to”, Delivery Fee, Small Order Fee, Service Fee, Admin Fee or Cash on Delivery Fee” as deemed necessary for its operations. A detailed breakdown of these fees will be presented prior to checkout. By placing an order, you agree to all displayed fees, additional charges, and the total amount shown during the checkout process. 

easy is not responsible for additional fees charged by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or currency exchange providers.

Payment Methods and Processing Policies

easy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce new payment methods or remove existing ones at any time. If you opt to pay via an online payment method, the transaction will be processed through our third-party payment service provider(s). With your authorization, your credit card or payment information may be securely stored with our third-party payment provider(s) for use in future orders. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that your credit or debit card has sufficient funds to cover the payment for any order. easy assumes responsibility, where appropriate, for payments made through our Platform, including refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and dispute resolution, if such actions are reasonable, justified, and comply with these Terms. Before completing checkout, you are advised to review the specific payment terms and any disclaimers associated with your chosen payment method carefully.

Delivery Champion Tips and Refund Policy

The Delivery Champion Tip applies to all orders except those paid via cash-on-delivery or orders delivered directly by the Business Partner (if implemented in the future). When placing an order on the Platform, you have the option to provide a tip to the Delivery Champion assigned to deliver your order " Delivery Champion Tip". easy will process the payment for the Delivery Champion Tip through the payment method selected by you for the order. The full amount of the Tip will be transferred to the Delivery Champion wallet upon successful completion of the delivery.

If you are eligible for a refund, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, any Tip paid through easy’s online Platform will be refunded to your easy Wallet unless you specifically request otherwise. 

Please note that refunds may require processing time, which depends on easy, your credit card provider, and/or your bank. Refunds may take between 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account or, in the case of international banks, up to 30 days due to their respective timelines and procedures.

12. Review Guidelines and Moderation Policy

Reviews are approved based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance:
    Reviews must be based on a firsthand experience with the Business Partner or service provided through the Platform.
  • Acceptable Content:
    easy reserves the right to approve or reject reviews on the Platform. Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to:

                    o Use of offensive, abusive, or profane language, including hate speech or      

                        discriminatory comments.

                    o Content that is irrelevant or does not accurately reflect the User’s experience.

                    o Discrimination based on factors such as religion, race, gender, national        

                       origin, age, marital status, or disability.

                    o References to illegal activities or violations of societal norms, traditions, 

                        or values.

                    o Allegations of health code violations without proper evidence or verification.

                    o Reviews submitted by competing Business Partners to negatively impact 

                       another Business Partners’ reputation, which may result in permanent         

                       removal from the Platform.

  • Reviews published on the Platform are the opinions of individual Users and do not reflect the views or opinions of easy, its affiliates, or its employees. easy does not endorse any review and assumes no liability for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from reliance on information provided in reviews.
  • All reviews submitted through the Platform become the exclusive property of easy. easy retains the right to reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, or otherwise use reviews for promotional or non-commercial purposes without any obligation to compensate the author.
  • easy strictly prohibits reviews that:

                    o Contain insulting, vulgar, obscene, or offensive material.

                    o Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

                    o Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

                    o Violate any legal duties or obligations, including but not limited to 

                       confidentiality or privacy.

                    o Misrepresent the User’s identity or affiliation with another person or entity.

  • Submission and Moderation of Reviews:

                    o easy reserves the right to edit, moderate, or remove any review that violates 

                        these Terms or the Platform’s policies.

                    o Users may be required to provide additional information or verification to 

                       confirm the authenticity of their reviews.

By submitting a review on the Platform, you agree to comply with these criteria and grant easy the rights to manage and use your review as outlined above.


13. Account Termination and Suspension Policy

easy reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or deactivate your Account and restrict your access to or use of the Platform, including any delivery services provided to you in relation to an Order, at its sole discretion and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where easy determines that your use of the Platform is unacceptable or if you are found to have violated these Terms.

14. Prohibition of Unauthorized Commercial Use and Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge and agree that any unauthorized commercial use or re-publication of content or information from easy may result in significant and immeasurable financial damages, which monetary compensation alone may not adequately address. In such cases, easy reserves the right to seek both temporary and permanent injunctive relief to prevent such misuse.

15. easy Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

easy, at its discretion, launch the easy Loyalty Program, hereinafter referred to as the "Program", governed by the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • Eligibility

Only users of easy residing in the United Arab Emirates are eligible to participate in the Program. The eligibility criteria may be revised by easy at any time without prior notice.

  • Acceptance and Disclosure

By participating in the Program and utilizing your Membership Account, you agree to the following:

                 o You have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

                 o You consent to the collection, usage, and sharing of your personal data by 

                     easy, its affiliates, and third parties for purposes related to the Program or 

                     easy’s business operations.

                 o You acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in easy’s Privacy Policy, 

                     available on its website.

  • Termination or Modification

                 o easy reserves the right to modify, at its sole discretion and without prior 

                      notice, any aspect of the Program, including but not limited to benefits,  

                      awards, earning and redemption structures, and these terms and conditions. 

                      Program members are responsible for staying updated with any 

                      modifications made to these terms. Continued participation in the Program 

                      constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

                 o easy may terminate the Program, in whole or in part, without providing notice 

                    to active Program members. After termination, any unredeemed points will be 

                    lost without liability to easy.

                 o easy reserves the right to immediately terminate a member’s account in             

                     cases of fraud, breach of these terms, or provision of false information. Upon 

                     termination, all accumulated benefits will be void, and the member will lose 

                     access to the Program.

  • Earning and Redemption

                 o Members earn points for every qualifying purchase made through the easy 

                    application within the U.A.E. Users will earn one (1) point per AED 1 spent. 

                    Additional points may be awarded as communicated by the Company from 

                    time to time.

                 o Points will be accumulated in wallet and can be redeemed for discounts,  

                    special offers, and deals available in the rewards section of the app, subject 

                    to availability. Redemption terms and eligible rewards are detailed in the easy 

                    Rewards Catalogue within the app.

                 o Points cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits and must be redeemed 

                     as outlined in the rewards section. Once redeemed, rewards cannot be 

                     canceled, refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

  • Expiration of Points

Points earned through the Program are valid for a period of sixty “60” days from the date they are credited to the member’s account. Points not redeemed within this period will automatically expire.

  • Membership

Membership in the Program is personal to the account holder and cannot be shared, gifted, transferred, or duplicated. Points and membership privileges are exclusive to the account holder and cannot be used by third parties.

  • Claims, Cancellations, and Modifications

If an order is canceled or modified by the member, points earned from that order will be deducted from the member’s account. Delays in delivery or fulfillment of orders, for any reason, do not entitle members to additional points or compensation. Claims for redemption awards will not be accepted for past transactions or for orders placed as a guest user (if planned for the future).

  • Responsibility

The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from force majeure events, system malfunctions beyond its control, or any misuse or fraudulent activity by the member that violates these terms and conditions. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by members during their participation in the Program.

  • Governing Law

These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to the Program, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

16. Prescription Medicine Orders

When ordering prescription medicine through our Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide valid identification, a medical prescription, and health insurance details, either for yourself or for your dependent. This information will be directly shared with the pharmacy to verify your prescription and identity and to process your order in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that easy does not access or store this information. If there is any discrepancy in your provided ID or prescription, the pharmacy may reject your order. You acknowledge that the pharmacy holds full responsibility for the prescription medicine and that’s why any questions or claims regarding the medicine must be directed to the pharmacy. easy is not responsible for any issues arising from such orders.

Please note that prescriptions issued outside the United Arab Emirates might not be accepted.

Prescription medicine delivery is restricted to the individual placing the order or an authorized representative who must also be at least 18 years old. Upon delivery, valid identification may be requested, and the order may be refused in the absence of proper ID.

For guidance on the usage or dosage of the prescribed medicine, it is recommended to consult directly with the pharmacy or your doctor before consumption. You acknowledge and understand that easy is not a pharmacy and serves solely as a delivery facilitator.

You acknowledge and agree that:

In compliance with the laws and regulations currently in force in the United Arab Emirates, as well as the standards set forth by the relevant authorities, the delivery of medicines classified as controlled or semi-controlled is strictly prohibited.

Regarding medicines that require refrigeration at temperatures between 2-8 degrees Celsius, delivery of such medicines is not permitted under the applicable conditions and standards.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless easy Hub FZE (easy), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any an all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive), losses, costs, and expenses (including all actual, and reasonable legal and attorney fees, and court costs) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use or misuse of the Platform
  • Any content or material you submit, upload, post, or transmit through the Platform
  • Any infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property, proprietary, or privacy rights
  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Any violation of applicable laws or regulations while using the Platform
  • Any negligent, fraudulent, or willful misconduct related to your use of the Platform.

easy reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully with Easy in defending such claims. This indemnity will remain in effect and survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

18. Third-Party Links, Services, and Content

The Platform may include links to, or display content from, third-party websites, applications, products, services, advertisements, promotions, or offers. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • These third-party websites, applications, products, or services are not owned, managed, or controlled by easy
  • easy does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, functionality, security, reliability, availability, or maintenance of any such third-party services or content
  • Some third-party websites or applications may be affiliated with easy, while others are completely independent
  • Your use of, or reliance on, any third-party websites, applications, services, or content is entirely at your own risk. Any issues, losses, or damages arising from such use shall not create any responsibility or liability for easy
  • References or access to commercial products, services, or content of third parties do not constitute or imply any endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by easy

By using the Platform, you expressly agree that easy shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, damages, or actions arising from your access to or reliance on third-party links, services, or content.

19. Platform Operations, Rights, and Limitations

easy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue system operations at any time. The Platform shall not be held liable to Users of easy or any third parties for any consequences arising from such temporary suspension or permanent discontinuation of system operations.

Usernames and passwords shall be provided and approved for registered Users only. easy reserves the right to restrict its registered Users from creating new passwords or reusing previous passwords indefinitely if deemed necessary by easy.

easy does not guarantee that its services will be delivered promptly, securely, or without interruption. Furthermore, it does not warrant that the results obtained through its services will be accurate, reliable, or meet Users' expectations.

easy retains the right to back up and delete files, messages, or other content provided by Users during their use of the Platform's services, for periods determined at its discretion. easy shall not be held liable for any outcomes or consequences related to the backup or deletion processes.

The Platform owns and holds copyright over all information, documents, software, designs, graphics, and similar materials that it produces or acquires externally.

easy’s sales and service offerings are limited to the availability of menu items listed by its Business Partners on the Platform. easy assumes no responsibility for any item ordered but not delivered due to unavailability on the part of the Business Partner.

easy reserves the right to share or repost information, documents, software, designs, graphics, or other content uploaded by Users to the Platform, including but not limited to messages, reviews, posts, reports, or files, at its discretion. In cases where such content is reposted, duplicated, or shared by other users, Users shall not be entitled to claim royalties or any form of compensation from easy.

Responsibility for updating information, including prices and product specifications, rests with the companies or Business Partners listed on the Platform. In the event of any inaccuracies or misinformation regarding product details or pricing, easy reserves the right to rectify such errors by canceling the affected orders.

easy may provide Users with links or transitions to third-party Platforms. By using these links or transitions, the User acknowledges and agrees that easy shall not be liable for the content or functionality of any third-party Platforms accessed through its Platform.

Over time, easy may introduce changes to the services provided on the Platform, including transitioning certain services that do not require user Accounts to ones that do, offering additional services, modifying existing services, or converting them into paid services.

The Platform may experience periods of unavailability for system maintenance and upgrades. While easy will strive to provide prior notice for such interruptions, this cannot always be guaranteed. easy reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any services at its discretion without prior notice. 

20. Customer Satisfaction and Refund Policy

easy places a high priority on user satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your goods or services order, please reach out to easy via our live chat feature, and we will assist you in accordance with the provisions outlined under the Cancellation section of these Terms and Conditions.

For non-food vertical orders, cancellations, returns, or refunds will be processed in compliance with the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in the UAE. For clarity, "non-food vertical orders" refers to orders placed with shops offering items such as groceries, flowers, electronics, and health and beauty products.

21. Dispute Resolution and Evidentiary Agreement

In the event of any disputes arising in connection with these Terms, the User acknowledges, agrees, and confirms that any bookkeeping entries, microfilm, microfiche, and electronic or computer records maintained by easy shall constitute valid, binding, conclusive, and exclusive evidence. This clause serves as an evidentiary agreement, and the User irrevocably waives all rights to challenge or dispute the validity of these records or to request an oath regarding their proper maintenance and authenticity.

22. Governing law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, including disputes of a non-contractual nature, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

23. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. No waiver by us shall be interpreted as a waiver of any previous or subsequent breach of any provision of these Terms.

24. License and Prohibited Uses

easy grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, and limited license to access and view the Platform, as well as to download, email, share via social media, or print individual pages from the Platform, strictly in accordance with these Terms and solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license prohibits the removal of any trademark, copyright, or proprietary notices displayed on such pages. Any other use of the Platform or its content is strictly prohibited.

You are not permitted to include the Platform's information, content, or materials in any database, compilation, archive, or cache. Modification, copying, distribution, republication, transmission, display, performance, reproduction, publication, resale, licensing, creation of derivative works, transfer, or sale of any information, content, material, software, products, or services obtained from the Platform is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by easy. Additionally, you may not deep link to the Platform, or access it using robots, spiders, web crawlers, extraction software, or automated processes to scrape, copy, or monitor any portion of the Platform or its content.

Linking or framing to any pages or content of the Platform, in whole or in part, is not allowed without prior written approval from easy. However, you may share links to the Platform or become a "fan" of the Platform using social networking tools provided or referenced on the Platform.

easy retains all statutory and common law rights against any entity or individual who violates these provisions. All rights not explicitly granted under these Terms are reserved by easy.


25. Intellectual Property Rights and Usage Restrictions

All trademarks, logos, images, service marks, and other proprietary content, including these Terms as displayed on the Platform or in our marketing materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of easy Hub FZE (easy) and/or third parties who have authorized us to use such rights, collectively referred to as the "Intellectual Property." You are prohibited from using, copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, distributing, or modifying any Intellectual Property without prior written consent from easy. No rights or licenses, whether express or implied, are granted to you under these Terms or through your use of the Platform.

The unauthorized use of easy’s Intellectual Property, including but not limited to the easy logo, trademarks, or copyrights, on any platform or website not explicitly approved by easy is strictly forbidden. easy reserves the right to fully enforce its Intellectual Property rights permissible under applicable laws, which may include civil remedies and pursuing criminal prosecution where necessary. Any violation of this provision may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to easy. easy makes no guarantee or representation that your use of the materials displayed on the Platform will not infringe or misappropriate the rights of third parties not owned or licensed by easy or its Affiliates. Any use of materials on the Platform is solely at your own risk.

26. User Contributions and Licensing Terms

By submitting any contributions (including but not limited to comments, reviews, posts, images, videos, or other content) to any part of the Platform, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have the legal right to grant easy Hub FZE (easy) an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid license.

This license permits easy to:

  • Use, copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such contributions for any purpose, including but not limited to commercial, advertising, or promotional      purposes related to the Platform
  • Prepare derivative works from, or incorporate such contributions into, other works
  • Grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing rights.

You acknowledge and agree that this license shall survive the termination of these Terms or your use of the Platform. In addition, you grant easy the sole and absolute discretion to:

  • Edit, modify, or otherwise alter any contributions
  • Re-categorize contributions to place them in more relevant sections
  • Pre-screen or delete any contributions deemed inappropriate, irrelevant, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms

You further agree to indemnify and hold easy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including all actual, and reasonable legal and attorney fees, and court costs) arising out of or in connection with your contributions, including claims that such contributions infringe the rights of third parties.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The information, content, products, services, and materials made available through the Platform, whether provided by easy Hub FZE (easy), you, other users, affiliates, or third parties (including but not limited to goods, services, orders, submissions, text, photos, graphics, audio, video, and links) are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, easy disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Title and non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of content
  • Freedom from viruses, malware, or harmful components
  • Implied warranties arising from the course of dealing, usage, or performance

easy does not warrant that the Platform or its functions will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

easy and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by easy’s negligence or that of its employees or agents, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Business Partners are solely responsible for the preparation, safety, quality, and condition of their goods and services, and where applicable, their delivery. easy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or cost arising from your dealings with a Business Partner, including but not limited to product quality, accuracy of information, or delivery timelines.

In any event, easy’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to easy in the one (1) month immediately preceding the claim. 

28. Force Majeure Clause and Its Implications

easy shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms, including but not limited to the provision of services, processing of orders, or delivery of Goods, if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control "Force Majeure Events". Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, wildfires, or other acts of God.
  • Pandemics and Epidemics: Outbreaks of contagious diseases, including government-mandated quarantines, restrictions, or lockdowns.
  • Acts of War or Terrorism: Armed conflicts, war “declared or undeclared”, invasions, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, terrorism, or sabotage.
  • Government Actions: Changes in law, regulations, orders, or actions by any governmental or regulatory authority, including trade embargoes or restrictions.
  • Labor Disputes: Strikes, lockouts, or other labor disturbances.
  • Utility Failures: Widespread power outages, internet disruptions, or interruptions to essential utility services.
  • Civil Disturbances: Riots, protests, civil unrest, or public disorder.
  • Supply Chain Disruptions: Delays or failures in transportation, shortages of goods or materials, or disruptions in logistics caused by any of the above events.
  • Cybersecurity Events: Major cyberattacks, ransomware, or other significant security breaches impacting the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Implications

In the event of a Force Majeure, easy’s obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. easy shall not be deemed to have breached these Terms or be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event.If a Force Majeure Event prevents easy from fulfilling an Order or providing services, any affected Orders may be canceled, and, where applicable, refunds will be processed in accordance with easy’s refund policy.

Force Majeure Notifications to Users

easy shall make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users of the Force Majeure Event as soon as practicable. Notifications may be sent via the Platform, email, or other available communication channels.

Mitigation Measures and Service Termination During Force Majeure Events

easy shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the Force Majeure Event on its obligations, including seeking alternative solutions where feasible. If the Force Majeure Event continues for an extended period and easy determines that it is unable to fulfill its obligations, easy reserves the right to terminate affected Orders or suspend services.

Limitations and Resumption of Obligations Following Force Majeure Events

Force Majeure does not excuse payment obligations for completed Orders or services already provided. The provisions of this clause do not apply to delays or failures caused by negligence, willful misconduct, or lack of reasonable foresight on the part of easy. Upon cessation of the Force Majeure Event, easy shall resume its obligations under these Terms as soon as reasonably practicable. 

29. Right to Amend Terms and User Responsibility

easy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. The amended Terms will take immediate effect upon their publication on the Platform, subject to applicable laws. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. If you disagree with the amended Terms, in whole or in part, you must immediately stop using the Platform and its services.

30. Language and Interpretation Clause

These Terms are available in both English and Arabic. In the event of any discrepancies between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
